barring my rebellion~book review #6
I really drug my feet, when it came to reading Eat to Live assigned to me by The School of Natural Healing. Rebellion runs deep in my veins. Anyway~it is probably the most fascinating book I've read in years. I can support some to the claims and studies in the book as well. Since increasing my consumption of fruits and vegetables over the last several months to 3 or 4 lbs. per day, my weight is decreasing and my health is increasing. My desire for sweets and fatty foods has diminished considerably, as well. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to reduce their risk for heart disease, diabetes, stroke, or other self-inflicted diseases. Many using the program report the lose of shockingly large amounts of weight and recovery from life-threatening illnesses.

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.

That is funny, I thought that I was the one who recommended this book to you. Maybe it was someone else. If you'd like to read its companions, I have them and can lend them to you when I get home from China! ;o)
