good ingredients~ book review #13

Happy people rarely get cancer by J. I Rodale

Although this book is seriously outdated, the premise is quite interesting and valid. Healthy people are happier and rarely get cancer. Happy people are healthier and rarely get cancer. Do they correlate? Apparently so. With a bit of information on organic gardening, diet, and exercise, this book is right up my alley. Lots of organic veggies and fruit, limited animal products, no dairy products, sunshine, exercise, attention to the spirit, laughter, and companionship are good ingredients for a long, happy, healthy life. This lends a bit of validity to the statement, "There are no incurable diseases, only incurable people."

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
