God does not give signs on demand to prove He exists, but that does not mean there are no signs from Him. God has not ceased to do miracles with healings, revelations, tongues, and so forth.

"And he that seeketh signs shall see signs, but not unto salvation. Verily, I say unto you, there are those among you who seek signs, and there have been such even from the beginning; But behold faith cometh not by signs, but signs follow those that believe. Yea, signs come by faith, not by the will of men, not as they please, but by the will fo God. Yea, signs come by faith, unto mighty works, for without faith no man pleaseth God; and with whom God is angry he is not well pleased; Wherefore, unto such he showeth no signs, only in wrath unto their condemnation. Wherefore, I the Lord, and not pleased with those among you who have sough after signs and wonders for faith, and not for the good of men unto my glory." Doctrine and Covenants 63:7-12


"And these signs shall follow them that believe-In my name they shall open the eyes of the blind, and unstop the ears of the deaf; and the tongue of the dumb shall speak; and if any man shall administer poison unto them, it shall not hurt them; And the poison of a serpent shall not have power to harm them. But  a commanment I give unto them, that they shall not boast themselves of these things, neither speak them before the world for these things are given unto you for your profit and for salvation." Doctrine and Covenants 84:68-73

As we live with faith, miracles or signs follow. But these signs are to be kept sacred unless God tells us to share them. "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you." Matthew 7:6 The worldly never has been and never will be converted by signs, miracles, or wonders. Only be the power of God's Word and the Holy Ghost can the world learn to accept Jesus Christ and practice faith. Only then will they be shown signs and then only those that will profit them and guide them to salvation.

In my life, I have witnessed miracles but also have been required to live by faith. God is good and will provide. He blesses those that strive to live His commandments and stand as His witness. These blessings come in the form of miracles, signs, tangible assets, healings, and wonders. I have been the recipient of these things in one way or another. Does that mean that there will be no accidents, death, sickness, poverty, wars, or crime? No, our faith must be tested as well as rewarded.
