Romans 12–13; 15:1–7
“To present [oneself] as a living sacrifice is to come forth with a broken heart and a contrite spirit through obedience” (Bruce R. McConkie, Doctrinal New Testament Commentary, 3 vols. [1966–73], 2:292).
We become living sacrifices and saints, when we do not conform to the world. This requires absence of contention to produce unity, willingness to accept grace with faith and be forgiving, to be cheerful and optimistic, to act with charity (the pure love of Christ), to strive to keep the commandments of God and repent often, love our neighbors enough to share the joy of the gospel, to bear one another's burdens, and to be honest, sober, virtuous, and content.
I am a child of God and know that through faith in Jesus Christ and righteous living, I can be justified, reconciled to God, and am a joint-heirs with Jesus to all my Father hath.

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
