Staycation Day 1

Breakfast: Berry/Buckwheat Smoothies at Little Ginger's Juice Bar

Historical Site: St. George Temple

Lunch with Relatives: It was only Jason at the Olive Garden, but he does live in St. George now.

Tour Local Square Foot Garden: We drive by this man's place weekly and finally stopped to ask questions.

Shopping: Garden Center to check out drip irrigation we learned about from man above. Bought obligatory vacation straw hats. Sears to buy Spencer some much needed pants with Christmas gift cards from the Downens--thanks Dad and Jo.

Toured Historical Leeds: Actually, we took a detour around some road construction on I-15. Stopped to peak in the windows of the old tithing house that is for sale. I want to buy it but won't.

Afternoon rest at Little Ginger's B&B

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
