greens? for this? I'm a believer now!


The worst part about entering my forties was the appearance of age spots, those gigantic dark brown freckles on hands, face, and arms. Three or four years ago a really big, really ugly one about the diameter of a kindergarten pencil appeared on my left arm. Glancing at my arm a couple days ago, I noticed all the color has faded and the texture is returning to normal. I'd heard that my nutritarian/vegan/green smoothie diet can reverse aging but didn't believe it for a minute. I'm a believer now!

Oh, yeah, I'm also down another 4 lbs. I love this stuff!

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself.
