Jesus traveled throughout Galilee, teaching the gospel and performing miracles. Why?
On reason Jesus was on earth to show mortals how to live properly. In these he taught love and compassion. He taught that we must have faith. He showed that he cares for people individually, when a miracle was directed towards only one person. His love and compassion towards me are blatant for anyone who wishes to see. After suffering years of pain and misery, I was given a priesthood blessing that promised I would be directed toward the right people and information to find a cure. I would get better if I moved forward in faith. Prayer continued--hope continued--faith glimmered though somewhat dimly. I was led on the proper path that finds me today nearing the end of that faith building but horrible health journey. Through faith, the power of the priesthood, and following God's inspiring directions, I am well and gaining strength daily.
However, Jesus main purpose while on eart was to establish His gospel or church. He proved His divinity and priesthood power. Here and in other New Testament scripture, He taught that we must believe Him (grace) as well as believing in Him (faith). He taught that His atonement would give eternal life to all (resurrection). He taught that all should repent of their sins, be baptized by immersion and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost by one who holds proper authority, and endure in faith and righteousness to the end (be His disciple). He taught that the gospel was restored to the earth in His day, making it possible for all that choose to believe and obey Him, could gain personal peace on earth (grace, faith, hope, charity) and throughout all eternity (heavenly celestial exaltation). These things are once again restored to the earth through the opening of the final dispensation.

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
