Matthew 18:1-14; Mark 9:33-37, 42-50; Luke 9:46-48. 17:1-2
It does not matter who is first or greatest in the Lord's kingdom. As long as we strive to become clean and pure, humble and innocent like little children before they reach the age of accountability, we all achieve true greatness in His kingdom. No, little children are not perfect but do possess many qualities worth exploring-humility, meekness, purity, and huge faith. These scriptures do not tell us to act childish, which is the poor qualities demonstrated by children-tantrums, selfishness, and the like. "Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men." 1 Corinthians14:20
It is the job of all adults to emulate the good and be examples, be kind, be forgiving, be gentle, and be optimistic in their talents. If we don't we offend them. And the Lord tells us this offense is pretty dire. "We here disturbing reports of parents or guardians who are so far removed from the Spirit of Christ that they ab use children. Whether this abuse is physical, verbal, or the less evident but equally severe emotional abuse, it is an abomination and a serious offense to God." M. Russel Ballard, Ensign, May 1991, 80

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
