Celebration...almost lost little Gucci to parvo. She was not eating and went into hypoglycemic shock. She could not stand up, hold her head up, or get out of her crate. Per the vet's instructions, I forced honey water from an eye dropper into her mouth. I have to feed her a mixture of honey water and a prescription wet dog food for ill animals every few hours for the next few days. Fortunately, the parvo is mild, and she will recover...

Movement....It's a miracle! I did it once before but was so sick that I gave up. This time is much better. My back injury from lifting my FIL is totally gone. Furthermore, I have lived with painful, deformed feet for 47 years. Corrective shoes that I wore as a child helped, but I still fell and tripped a lot. I was terrible at sports with my painful clumsy, crunchy feet, knees, and hips. To add insut to injury, in my 30s I tore the cartilage in my right hip, while riding Razor scooters with my sons, and gave myself injury induced bursitis and arthritis. Yeah, pretty silly...so...I've been doing Basic + and Tapp Core 6 days a week for several weeks. In the beginning, every time I got to the plies, my right ankle and arch cracked a lot. My right hip yelled at me to quit, but I kept right on. That all stopped. My feet, ankles, knees, hips, and back have zero pain or crunching. These exercises did in a few weeks what doctors, corrective shoes, and physical therapy have not been able to accomplish for nearly half a century. I'm so grateful that Teresa developed this gentle but effective approach to fitness and that my friend Erin suggested it.

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
