The blind man would not be quieted by peer pressure. He had faith that Jesus could heal him and persisted in pleading for mercy. When Jesus felt the faith of the blind man, He granted him sight. The blind man then taught us a second lesson, when he praised God and followed Jesus. Jesus taught us through the blind man that it is faith that makes us whole.
Do I have that kind of faith? I was very sick for a long time and still slip back into illness now and then. Is it because my faith is weak or is it a test of my faith?
