Jesus Christ created the world. (Hebrews 1:2; John 1:1–3, 10; Ephesians 3:9; Mosiah 3:8) He cares about me personally or understands what I am going through. (Hebrews 2:6–8, 18; 2 Nephi 1:15; Alma 7:11–12) Without the proper priesthood authority, baptisms and other ordinances are not valid. (Hebrews 5:1, 4; Exodus 28:41; John 15:16) Over the next week or two, I'll be studying Paul’s letter to the Hebrews, where he explains each of the three doctrines and more. I'm so grateful for the writings of Paul, since they help us understand the doctrine and character of Christ. When I follow these teachings, I feel joy.
