I've been trying to work my way through Mein Kampf but have given up for now. The parallels between Hitler's Germany and Obama's U.S.A. are to stark and similar. I find myself weeping, as I realize what the compilation of three or four generations of statist teachings in the public schools have done to the best minds of this generation. Mr. Clinton, Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Bush, Mr. Obama, and others like them could have done so much to further liberty and restore the greatness of America and her Constitution. Instead they learned to manipulate undereducated, apathetic, circus-distracted, bread-loving people in this country with lies and trickery for fame and gain. They've collectively torn apart an inspired document to use as a cat pan liner. I must put the book down and spend a bit of time at the circus myself.Friday, November 6, 2009
