Commitment to Deliciousness...the further along this trail I get, the more I enjoy simple food...a pot of beans or soup...a crisp veggie salad simply dressed with balsamic vinegar...a green smoothie...carrot juice...sprouted muesli, black and red rice, or herbed polenta...
Commitment to Movement...moving a little slowly these days but still walking and T Tapping on good days...
Commitment to Modesty...I am so amazed at how skirts keep one cooler in warm weather. With the addition of tights or leggings in the winter, the same skirt is cozy and warm. I love dressing this feminine way and feeling like a girl.

Bee Buzz...this week I found a huge swarm in our peach tree that obviously came from our weakest hive...this did not seem like a great thing at all...then the swarm moved as they always do...but this time it was right back into the abandoned hive...exciting, wonderful, amazing...
Garden Gate...allergies this year...it's a tall grass year with all the rain and snow...I have to stay indoors to be able to breathe...

Reading the scriptures and keeping this journal are my delight. I do not keep an online journal to preach to anyone but myself. I like this format, because I can add pictures and correct my writing easier. If you enjoy reading it, I am happy. If you feel offended, please, realize it is not my intention to offend but to teach myself. No negative comments will not be published.
