Isaiah of the Old Testament prophesied that a virgin would give birth to the Son of God Almighty, Jesus Christ, more than 700 years before His birth.
“Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel” Isaiah 7:14
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace” Isaiah 9:6
