obvious and undeniable

"And now I, Nephi, cannot say more; the Spirit stoppeth mine utterance, and I am left to mourn because of the unbelief, and the wickedness, and the ignorance, and the stiffneckedness of men; for they will not search knowledge, nor understand great knowledge, when it is given unto them in plainness, even as plain as word can be." 2 Nephi 32:7

Nephi loved his people. Seeing them slip into unbelief, wickedness, stiffneckedness, and ignorance, he mourned. These problems are prevalent and growing today. We see beautiful children swayed by peer pressure and turn their backs on the teachings of their parents. We see parents with the desire to be popular among their children and their children's friends condoning terrible sin and contributing to delinquency. We see young adults refusing to marry and begin families, falling into lives of immorality. We see good people worshiping idols of money, entertainment, and sinful pleasures. We see people living off the dole. We see people whose hearts have failed them refusing to act with charity. We see leaders of communities and nations selling out the citizens for power, greed, and glory. We see people of all walks of life turning their backs on God.

By living as Jesus would have us live and being examples of His love, we can help others avoid these pitfalls. By teaching our children of the pure love of Christ and modeling His teachings without hypocrisy, we show them the right way to be happy. By choosing to follow Him and feasting upon His word, we receive His image in our countenances; This light is obvious and undeniable.
